Taxonomy
Pseudocidaris sanctacrucensis was named by Radwanska (1999). Its type specimen is EWl/127, a test, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Wierzbica, which is in a Kimmeridgian marine limestone in the Mt. Lysa Formation of Poland.
