Scolioraphis was named by Zittel (1878) [Sepkoski's age data: K Sant-u Sepkoski's reference number: 1066]. It is not extant. It is the type genus of Scolioraphididae.
It was assigned to Astrophorida by Sepkoski (2002); and to Scolioraphididae by Finks et al. (2004).
