Corongoceras cordobai
Taxonomy
Corongoceras cordobai was named by Verma and Westermann (1973). Its type specimen is McM J 1517/42, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Locality 25 (McM-J1517), La Leona, Sierra Catorce, which is in a Tithonian carbonate limestone in the La Caja Formation of Mexico.
