Taxonomy
Grandirhynchia elii was named by Rosenkrantz (1934). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is West of Lakse Elv, Bed 1, which is in a Pliensbachian marine sandstone in the Cape Stewart Beds Formation of Greenland.
