Taxonomy

Discina (Orbiculoidea) radiata was named by Troedsson (1918) [Lectotype selected by Temple 1965.]. Its type specimen is LO 2867t, a valve (Pedicle valve), and it is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Orbiculoidea radiata by Temple (1965).
