Atrypina simpsoni
Taxonomy
Atrypina simpsoni was named by Johnson (1970). Its type specimen is USNM 157073, a valve, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USNM 10758. Big ledge, east flank and near mouth of Coal Canyon, which is in a Siegen carbonate limestone in the Windmill Limestone Formation of Nevada.
