Taxonomy
Trachydomia wanneri was named by Krumbeck (1913). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bilkófan, Waftau, western Buru Island, which is in a Lacian carbonate sandstone in the Fogi Formation of Indonesia.
It was recombined as Trachynerita wanneri by Pan (1977).
