Taxonomy
Grandipatula (Patulizonites) parva was named by Pan (1977). Its type specimen is NIGP 24330, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is YHS518, Guolang, Yunlong County, which is in a Paleocene fluvial-lacustrine horizon in China.
