Taxonomy
Pseudoexlinella was named by Kozur and Sadeddin (1990) [Sepkoski's age data: J Bath-u Sepkoski's reference number: 924]. It is not extant. It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type is Pseudoexlinella bifurcata.

It was assigned to Exlinellidae by Kozur and Sadeddin (1990); and to Molpadiida by Sepkoski (2002).

H. Kozur and W. Sadeddin 1990Sclerites with irregular, lobate outline. Marginal rim well developed. Lattice two-layered. Upper side convex, in the center either with 4 elevated beams, bifurcating toward the margin, or with several broad bifurcated ridges, highest in the central part. Pores roundish or oval, moderately large to small.
