Yangtzeella (Vadimella) igori
Taxonomy
Yangtzeella (Vadimella) igori was named by Nikitina et al. (2006). Its type specimen is USNM 485072, a shell (complete shell), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Locality 156. Kurzhaksai section, which is in an Abereiddian open shallow subtidal limestone/siltstone in the Uzunbulak Formation of Kazakhstan. It is the type species of Yangtzeella (Vadimella).
