Cuniculocystis floweri
Taxonomy
Cuniculocystis floweri was named by Sprinkle and Wahlman (1994). Its type specimen is 1774TX1 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 0.56 km (0.35 mi) northwest of Scenic Drive Observation Point, which is in a Cassinian shallow subtidal wackestone/packstone in the Florida Mountains Formation of Texas. It is the type species of Cuniculocystis.
