Taxonomy
Gzheloceras faticanum was named by Shimanskiy (1967). Its type specimen is PIN 1513/981, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is East of Abulyaisovo, which is in a Kinderscoutian marine horizon in the Russian Federation.
