Zoneait nargorum
Taxonomy
Zoneait nargorum was named by Wilberg (2015). Its type specimen is UOMNH F39539, a partial skeleton (Partial skull, mandibular fragments, two teeth, two humeri, two ulnae, eight partial dorsal ribs, and one caudal vertebra), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Suplee, Zoneait nargorum type, which is in an Aalenian/Bajocian marginal marine horizon in the Snowshoe Formation of Oregon. It is the type species of Zoneait.
