Sivorthis noctilio

Taxonomy
Orthis noctilio was named by Sharpe (1849). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is along the road to San Pedro da Cova, 2 km southeast of Valongo, which is in an Oretanian offshore mudstone in the Valongo Formation of Portugal.

It was recombined as Orthis (Harknessella) noctilio by Thadeu (1956); it was recombined as Monorthis noctilio by Gutiérrez-Marco et al. (1984); it was recombined as Sivorthis noctilio by Reyes-Abril et al. (2010).
