Parainoceramya nicosiai
Taxonomy
Parainoceramus nicosiai was named by Conti and Monari (1991). Its type specimen is MAC B249 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Indeterminate sample, BGA section, Günören, which is in a Jamesoni carbonate limestone in the Bayirkoy Formation of Turkey.
It was recombined as Parainoceramya nicosiai by Ros-Franch et al. (2015).
