Micromphalites pustuliferum
Taxonomy
Stringoceras pustuliferum was named by Douvillé (1916). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Gebel Aroussieh (Cardium), which is in a Bathonian carbonate mudstone in Egypt.
It was recombined as Micromphalites pustuliferus by Arkell (1952); it was recombined as Micromphalites pustuliferum by Schweigert et al. (2007).
