Taxonomy
Bulogites langdaiensis was named by Wang (1983). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Langdai (Falang Formation), which is in a Longobardian marine horizon in the Falang Formation of China.

It was recombined as Yangites langdaiensis by Balini and Zou (2015).
