Taxonomy
Cyrtoclymenia magna was named by Zong et al. (2015). Its type specimen is PUM 14025, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is XZ555, Hashatu section, which is in a Famennian carbonate limestone in the Hongguleleng Formation of China.
