Taxonomy
Helix incrassata was named by Klein (1853). It is extant.

It was recombined as Tropidomphalus incrassatus by Salvador (2013) and Salvador (2014); it was recombined as Pseudochloritis incrassata by Salvador et al. (2015), Salvador et al. (2015), Salvador and Rasser (2016) and Salvador and Rasser (2016).
