Taxonomy
Pseudaspidoceras tassaraensis was named by Meister et al. (1992). Its type specimen is MNHG 56623, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Monts Iguelela, bed 22, which is in a Turonian marine limestone in Niger.
