Llanosuchus tamaensis
Taxonomy
Llanosuchus tamaensis was named by Fiorelli et al. (2016). Its type specimen is CRILAR-Pv 502, a partial skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 4 km south of Tama village, which is in a Campanian fluvial sandstone/conglomerate in the Los Llanos Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Llanosuchus.
