Cuvieribaena carlgansi
Taxonomy
Cuvieribaena carlgansi was named by Cernansky et al. (2015). Its type specimen is USTL BRT 1417, a mandible (complete left mandible), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Le Bretou, which is in a Bartonian karst phosphorite in France. It is the type species of Cuvieribaena.
