Maxwellinatica phillipi
Taxonomy
Maxwellinatica phillipi was named by Beu and Marshall (2011). Its type specimen is NMNZ M.281938, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Elephant Hill Stream, first outcrop behind pine tree on left bank c. 200 m upstr, which is in an Altonian carbonate mudstone in the Mount Harris Formation of New Zealand.
