L. Dolin and D. Ledon 2002La coquille est cypraeiforme. La protoconque est involutée. Le canal siphonal est ouvert, en cornet, bien délimité mais court, non dégagé. Les lèvres internes et externes sont affectées antérieurement d’un affaissement hémisphérique, épanoui. Le pli terminal est court et transverse, cunéiforme, régulièrement déclive adaperturalement. La fossula auriforme, concave, peu développée, est lisse et bordée. L’angulation de la lèvre interne est totalement abattue, favorisant le développement des dents columellaires sur la sole ventrale, adaxialement carénée. Une arête calleuse, bourrelée et denticulée, couronne adapicalement la lèvre interne. L’aire dorsale est lisse. Le chenal exhalant est mal délimité, déjeté adapicalement à 45°, clos. La lèvre externe forme un bourrelet arrondi, légèrement marginé, adaperturalement grossièrement denticulé, qui contourne adapicalement la coquille.

Columellar teeth carinated, extending partially across basal face, especially on posterior half of base. Outer lip coarsely denticulate, with short but stout denticles. Siphonal canal open. Posterior (exhalant) canal poorly delimited (Dolin and Ledon, 2002: p. 334).
