Taxonomy
Oxytropidoceras (Manuaniceras) falcatum was named by Kennedy and Klinger (2011). Its type specimen is SAM-PCZ19827, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Environs of locality 144, Mkuze Game Reserve, which is in an Albian/Albian marine siliciclastic in the Mzinene Formation of South Africa.
