Taxonomy
Rostellaria (Fusus) carinella was named by d'Orbigny (1843). It is extant. It is the type species of Pseudanchura.

It was recombined as Anchura carinella by Cossmann (1904); it was recombined as Pseudanchura carinella by Kollmann (2005).
