Jenneria duclosiana

Taxonomy
Cypraea duclosiana was named by Basterot (1825). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Saucats (Burgidalian), Aquitaine, which is in a Burdigalian marine siliciclastic in France. It is the type species of Cypraea (Cypraeotrivia).

It was recombined as Cypraea (Cypraeotrivia) duclosiana by Vredenburg (1920); it was recombined as Cypropterina (Cypraeotrivia) duclosiana by Schilder and Schilder (1971); it was recombined as Jenneria (Jenneria) duclosiana by Dolin (1997); it was recombined as Jenneria duclosiana by Lozouet et al. (2001); it was recombined as Cypropterina duclosiana by Zunino and Pavia (2009).
