Cyonosaurus kitchingi

Taxonomy
Cyniscops kitchingi was named by Broom (1948). Its type specimen is MMK 5028, a skull (A flattened and compressed skull), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Blaaukrans, Graaff-Reinet, Cistecephalus AZ, which is in a Wuchiapingian terrestrial siliciclastic in South Africa.

It was recombined as Cyonosaurus kitchingi by Sigogneau-Russell (1989).
