Gorgonops kaiseri
Taxonomy
Pachyrhinos kaiseri was named by Broili and Schroder (1934). Its type specimen is BSPG 1934 VIII 10, a skull (partial skull), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Farm La-de-da, which is in a Capitanian fluvial siliciclastic in South Africa.
It was recombined as Gorgonops kaiseri by Sigogneau-Russell (1989).
