| K. A. Monsch and A. F. Bannikov 2011 | Hyomandibular relatively strongly inclined ventro-rostrad, compared to other species. Premaxilla has a small fang (Fig. 6). Operculum ornamented with numerous pits. 37 (16 + 21) vertebrae. First dorsal fin with 8–9 spines, its first pterygiophore inserted into third interneural space. Three rayless pterygiophore between first dorsal and second dorsal fin, the latter consisting of one spine and 19–20 rays (20 in Bannikov, 1993b). Anal fin with two spines and 20 rays. |
