Taxonomy
Ammonites henrici was named by d'Orbigny (1850). Its type specimen is MNHN.F.R02121 and is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Trimarginites henrici by Jeannet (1951); it was recombined as Neoprionoceras henrici by Parent (2006).
