Hemishinisaurus latifrons
Taxonomy
Hemishinisaurus latifrons was named by Li (1991). Its type specimen is IVPP V9595.1, a partial skull (incomplete frontal and pair of prefrontals), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Yuanqu (general), which is in an Eocene terrestrial horizon in the Heti Formation of China. It is the type species of Hemishinisaurus.
