Taxonomy
Glyptocrinus nodosus was named by Kallmeyer and Ausich (2015) [Paratypes: CMCIP 71397 to CMCIP 71402 and CMCIP 72700. Additional specimens: CMCIP 57055, CMCIP 63881, CMCIP 68736, CMCIP 69838, and CMCIP 71404.]. Its type specimen is CMCIP 71396 and is a 3D body fossil.
