Labyrinthus obtusus
Taxonomy
Helminthoglypta obtusa was named by Anderson and Hanna (1925). Its type specimen is UCMP 1016 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Live Oak Creek, which is in an Eocene terrestrial horizon in the Tejon Formation of California.
It was recombined as Labyrinthus obtusus by Roth (1988).
