Slaugenhopia texensis
Taxonomy
Slaugenhopia texensis was named by Olson (1962). It is not extant. Its type specimen is FMNH UR702, a partial skeleton (fragments of skull and post-cranial skeleton). Its type locality is Locality KAC (Lower Flowerpot Shale), which is in a Kungurian/Roadian fluvial claystone/sandstone in the San Angelo Formation of Texas. It is the type species of Slaugenhopia.
