Lyrischapa soudanense
Taxonomy
Eovasum soudanense was named by Douvillé (1920). Its type specimen is EM 30077 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Tamaské, Tahoua, which is in a Thanetian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone in the Kalambaina Formation of Niger.
It was recombined as Lyrischapa soudanense by Givens (1991).
