Syodon biarmicum
Taxonomy
Syodon biarmicum was named by Kutorga (1838). Its type specimen is LGU 140/1, a tooth (isolated left canine), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is "Perm Region" mines, Syodon biarmicum holotype site, which is in an Ufimian terrestrial horizon in the Sheshmian Formation of the Russian Federation.
