Orthocormus roeperi

Taxonomy
Orthocormus roeperi was named by Arratia and Schultze (2013). Its type specimen is BSPG 1993 XVIII-VFKO B16, a skeleton (very well preserved, complete specimen), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Brunn Quarry (general), which is in a Kimmeridgian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal mudstone in Germany.
