Phthinosaurus borissiaki
Taxonomy
Phthinosaurus borissiaki was named by Efremov (1940). Its type specimen is PIN 164/7, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Belebei, PIN 164, which is in an Urzhumian fluvial sandstone in the Belebei Formation of the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Phthinosaurus.
