Perrier 1928 | Préfrontal séparé du nasal par l'échancrure des narines; maxillaire allongé horizontalement d'avant en arrière, parallèle au palato-ptérygoïdien et relié à lui par l'ectopérygoïde ; ptérygoïdes libres en arrière, n'atteignant ni le carré, ni la mandibule. Pas de denls sillonnées ni cannelées. Bouche peu dilatable. Corps assez grêle, généralement très comprimé; écailles allongées, celles de la ligne médio-dorsale plus grandes, yeux grands à pupille elliptique. |
