Molybdopygus arcanus
Taxonomy
Molybdopygus arcanus was named by Tchudinov (1964). Its type specimen is PIN 2225/1, a set of postcrania (Pelvic girdle and sacrum), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bolshoi Kityak, PIN 2225, which is in an Urzhumian terrestrial horizon in the Belebei Formation of the Russian Federation.
