Taxonomy
Chthomaloporus lenocinator was named by Tchudinov (1964). Its type specimen is PIN 1758/17, a set of postcrania, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ezhovo Locality, PIN 1758, which is in an Urzhumian delta plain sandstone/conglomerate in the Russian Federation.
