Microphon arcanus
Taxonomy
Microphon arcanus was named by Bulanov (2003). Its type specimen is PIN 3713/1, a maxilla (Right maxilla), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mutovino locality, PIN 3711, 3713, which is in a Wuchiapingian terrestrial lime mudstone in the Poldarsa Formation of the Russian Federation.
