Taxonomy
Uraloclymenia volkovi was named by Bogoslovsky (1977). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Man'ya River, 14 km from mouth, which is in a Famennian marine horizon in the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Uraloclymenia.
