Bauruoolithus fragilis
Taxonomy
Bauruoolithus fragilis was named by Oliveira et al. (2011). Its type specimen is FEF‐PV‐8/1, an egg, and it is a trace fossil. Its type locality is 12 km south of the city of Jales, which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian fluvial sandstone in Brazil. It is the type species of Bauruoolithus.
