Plioplatecarpus peckensis
Taxonomy
Plioplatecarpus peckensis was named by Cuthbertson and Holmes (2015). Its type specimen is MOR 1062, a skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Fort Peck Reservoir (MOR BS-104), which is in a Campanian terrestrial horizon in the Bearpaw Shale Formation of Montana.
