Anteophthalmosuchus epikrator
Taxonomy
Anteophthalmosuchus epikrator was named by Ristevski et al. (2018). Its type specimen is IWCMS 2001.446, a partial skeleton (An almost complete skull missing the mandible, along with associated postcranial material), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Northwest of Hanover Point, which is in a Barremian terrestrial claystone in the Wessex Formation of the United Kingdom.
