Pluridens calabaria
Taxonomy
Pluridens calabaria was named by Longrich (2016). Its type specimen is NHMUK R9804, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Fauna 12, 36.3-36.7 km from Calabar, south-east Nigeria, which is in a Campanian offshore shale in the Nkporo Shale Formation of Nigeria.
