Protochirotherium wolfhagense
Taxonomy
Protochirotherium wolfhagense was named by Fichter and Kunz (2004). It is considered to be a form taxon. It is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Quarry near Wolfhagen, which is in a Smithian terrestrial horizon in the Detfurth Formation of Germany. It is the type species of Protochirotherium.
