Taxonomy
Eoholaster poslavskae was named by Solovjev (1989). Its type specimen is PIN 2276/7 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Kuchki, Chernaya river basin, Crimea, which is in a Berriasian marine horizon in Ukraine. It is the type species of Eoholaster.
